Four systems we built,
and who runs them.
Two of our own products, a national platform for government, and a human rights reporting tool used across Zambia.
Our own integrated broker management system, in daily use by insurance broking firms across Zambia. It runs the full cycle: underwriting, claim management, binders, and invoice management between brokers, their clients and insurance companies. Customisable per firm, with features added on demand rather than waiting on a foreign release schedule.

A national digital platform we built for the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock under the Zambia Aquaculture Development Project, with funding from the African Development Bank and technical support from the Zambia Statistics Agency. ZAIS replaced paper-based aquaculture reporting with structured digital capture of production, farmer demographics, hatchery operations, biosecurity, feed management, labour and fish sales across multiple districts. Delivery included orientation and hands-on training for 60 fisheries officers and stakeholders, covering system navigation, digital data collection and troubleshooting, plus ongoing user support. The result is a platform that supports evidence-based decision-making for Zambia’s aquaculture sector.

A mobile and web platform we built for FIAN International Zambia, the global human rights organisation advocating for the right to adequate food. Available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, the app lets community members, activists and field workers report food rights violations through emergency, standard or fully anonymous submissions, with location pinned on a map. Anonymous reporting matters here: it protects people who fear retaliation. Paired with it is a web monitoring dashboard where FIAN staff track incoming reports across Zambia, manage incidents through review stages, broadcast messages, run polls and publish situational analyses. The app also carries a directory of redressal mechanisms in Zambia and a legal and policy library.

An online order flow management system that digitises product order requisitions from manufacturers and distributors through to wholesalers and retailers. Manufacturers receive payment for purchased products directly into merchant accounts held with mobile money providers, which makes Ordezia an intelligent external sales system rather than just an order form.
