Straight answers, no sales pitch
If yours is not here, call us. We would rather tell you we are the wrong fit than sell you something that does not work.
Do you only work with insurance brokers?
No, but it is where we are strongest. Brokerease is used by broking firms across Zambia, and that sector gets most of our engineering time. We also build custom systems for government programmes and commercial clients, and we run media and IT infrastructure work alongside the software.
What is Brokerease?
An integrated broker management system we built and own. It handles the underwriting process, claim management, binder and invoice management between brokers, their clients and insurance companies. It is customisable, with features added on demand rather than waiting for a global release.
Where are you based, and does that matter?
Lusaka, at 10251 Liteta Close in Woodlands Extension. It matters more than people expect. Most broker software sold into Zambia is supported from another continent, so a problem during renewals waits for someone else’s working day. Ours does not.
Can you work with a system we already have?
Usually. We start by mapping what actually happens in your workflow rather than what the manual says. Sometimes the answer is integration, sometimes replacement, and occasionally the honest answer is that your current system is fine and the problem is elsewhere.
Do you do more than software?
Yes. We supply and maintain servers, networks, computers and printers, and we run media work including billboards, signage, printing and campaign activation. Clients often start with one and add the other once they trust us.
Have you delivered anything at national scale?
Yes. We built the National Aquaculture Data Capture Electronic System for the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock under the Zambia Aquaculture Development Project.
How do we start?
